Party Fun: Throw a Home Alone Themed Pajama Party

Home Alone

We haven’t met one person who doesn’t love the Home Alone movies, especially the first one. Today we’re sharing a fun party idea you can incorporate into a birthday party, sleepover, or just a fun get-together with your friends.

Throw a Home Alone themed bash!

Home Alone

Even though Home Alone movies take place at Christmastime, you can throw a themed party featuring Kevin and his favorite foods and themes anytime you want.

Wear:

  • Pajamas
  • Robes
  • Slippers

This covers Kevin at home with his flannel PJs in the first movie, and Kevin living it up at the Plaza Hotel in New York City in the sequel!

Eat:

  • Cheese pizza
  • Shells and cheese or other macaroni and cheese dish
  • Ice cream sundae bar
  • Plenty of ice cold milk

Do:

  • Have a Home Alone movie marathon while you eat your Kevin favorites
  • Throw a dance party, just like Kevin did to trick the thieves
  • Get absolutely no sleep at your sleepover

If you want to get really creative for decor, you can string Christmas lights in your house and in the party area and have a photo booth or picture spot with fake snow and props with movie quotes.
